1. Notable Ancestors Our ancestors no longer living who are note worthy to some extent. Sorted by surname, then birth date. 
2. Served in the Military Those no longer living who served in the military. Sorted by surname and then birth date. 
3. 1940 Census Persons possibly alive in 1940 thus might have 1940 census records available. Use this report as a check list for 1940 census records yet to find. This report includes false positives due to the Census was performed in April of 1940, someone who died before April in 1940 is included in the report, but they will not be counted in that census; likewise children born in 1940 after April will be listed but they will not be counted in the census. Individuals for which we do not have death dates might also be reported a false positives in the report. The report includes persons with birth dates as early as 1830, which could be up to 110 years old in 1940. But with no death date who's to know if they were alive in 1940. The report includes an individual's gender, life event dates, spouse name (aid for married females) and all census records we have for the individual (on multiple rows) which might help locate were the person resided in 1940. This report is sorted on last name, first name and then birth date. 
4. Emigrated from UK to North America Birth place contains "UK" and death place contains "USA" or "Canada". Sorted on birth date. 
5. In Canada Individuals no longer living who were Born, Married, or Died in Canada. Sorted by surname then birth date.  
6. Burials in Maine Individuals we know were buried in the state of Maine. Thus we should be able to locate a burial plot (cemetery and headstone). Sorted on burial place and then name (surname then first name). 
7. Burials in Massachusetts Individuals buried in Massachusetts. Thus we should be able to locate a burial plot (cemetery and headstone). Sorted on burial place then surname and first name.  
8. Died in Maine People who died in Maine, thus might be buried in Maine. Spouse name and burial place are included, if we know those to help with married females. Sorted on death place then surname and first name. Remember married females will have the surname of their husband.  
9. Died in Massachusetts Ancestors who died in Massachusetts. Thus, they might be buried in Massachusetts and we might be able to locate headstones or at least cemeteries. Remember married females will have the surname of their husband. Spouse name is included in the report as is the burial place, if we know it. Sorted on death place and then surname and first name.  
10. Missing Death Date Individuals for which there is a birth date, but no death date recorded yet we presume have died. Individuals who may still living could included as false positives included in the report. Intended as a tool for data maintainers. Death date column included (should be empty) to use a place to add the date or as a check list. Sorted on Birth date, then last name and first name. NOTE to Administrators - for a more inclusive output, remove the "AND Dead" rows from the Criteria section
